Through the early pressing of the berry juice extraction of the components of the berry bowl is largely avoided. This achieves a winery the straw-yellow to golden yellow color of the wine. The large variety of White Wines results from the interaction of available varieties, various methods of wine making, as well as various residual sugar contents.
